按接入流程，编译不通过

直接创建了一个demo，结果提示 Gradle DSL method not found: 'google()' Possible causes:

• The project 'MyAtlasDemo' may be using a version of the Android Gradle plug-in that does not contain the method (e.g. 'testCompile' was added in 1.1.0). Upgrade plugin to version 3.1.3 and sync project
• The project 'MyAtlasDemo' may be using a version of Gradle that does not contain the method. Open Gradle wrapper file
• The build file may be missing a Gradle plugin. Apply Gradle plugin
请问是怎么回事？本人刚开始接触，另外二维码的钉钉群为何找不到？ 我是按照接入文档做的，为何构建不了？
