How can use the " acm add" to add a new namespace?It always says you don't have the right for the new namespace.

Is the target namespace exist in ACM or not?

If it does not exist, you should add one in ACM console, "Add a new namespace" is not supported by SDK for now.

ali acm is just a shit, very difficult or impossible to create by scripts or terraform, only can be done by the console. OMG
