[BUG] 自主指定 cluster-server 显示未知，并且不能管理

Issue Description

环境说明： sentinel版本1.7.1 集群独立模式 client服务，通过代码指定cluster server的域名、端口 cluster server 通过-D参数指定dashboard server地址

服务启动后，查看dashboard页面，显示很多 未知，如下图所示： image

请问自主指定场景下 这种是正常的吗？

这个是不正常的，目前Sentinel对集群限流的支持还不太完善，需要持续建设
