"Save to Noto" doesn't work

When selecting text anywhere in my phone and trying to use "Save to Noto" feature it opens Noto app asking to select folder, after selecting a folder it just opens it but doesn't save anything to Noto app. Same happens if I'm trying to save selected text through share menu.

Huawei P30 Pro, EMUI 12.0.0.134, Android 10
