New Text-to-Video from StabilityAI to compare.

I understand that this is a mostly academic project and not a product but recently StabilityAI released a new Image to Video model. I'd love to see ModelScope's Version to compare both project! Hopefully the release will be soon to go along with StabilityAI.

Thank you for your valuable suggestions. Stable Video Diffusion is a powerful model, and we also intend to compare and analyze our method with SVD, and we will make these comparative results public.
