Permission denied

the command " ./AdobeCollect /home/hossein/Desktop/nnp " output is error.

it says bash: ./AdobeCollect: Permission denied. Even when run as sudo mode

Hi, in the file manager, I right-clicked on the file, and chose Properties, then enabled the option at the bottom that says Executable as Program.
