Bug: There is no enough Padding/Margin between each sections

• all these sections seem to be congested and not look good when we go thorugh the website in one look.
• we can add some margin and proper padding to define each section is different and each section has its own value in the page.
• Adding padding will make the website homepage look better
• Editors pick heading looking completely off due to lack of padding
