ALGO-943 - Ship python ADK This PR adds modifies the existing "language" for java-ojdk 11, which conforms to an older version of the ADK specification, and has a more complex demo example. https://github.com/algorithmiaio/algorithmia-adk-java Unit tests and integration tests have been added to the algorithmia-adk-java repo and CI gates release.
