remove references to AlgoScan

Describe the error /run-a-node-setup/install](https://developer.algorand.org/docs/run-a-node/setup/install/ contains a reference to AlgoScan, which is now shut.

Optional - The recommended fix if you have one Scan the entire site for any additional references and make appropriate updates.

Also need to remove reference to PureStake, Rand API: https://developer.algorand.org/docs/get-details/ethereum_to_algorand/?from_query=eth#template-modal-overlay:~:text=API%20service,provide%20access%20too
