Give credit to font creators on catalogue page

I have to be honest, I am a little surprised that I have to suggest this. The font catalogue page should at least provide credit and link to the creator of the instant font. The information is in brick/fonts/XYZ/SOURCE. Why not make it accessible to people who do not want/know to dig through the git repo? Something really simple like:

Vollkorn

Friedrich Althausen http://vollkorn-typeface.com

Styles

...

Given the work that went into creating these fonts it seems like a simple hat tip is in order. You have fastly and linode links right on the front page. Without the font creators there would be no bits for fastly/linode to move.

Now that you bring this up, I'm surprised as well I haven't thought of this... I'll definitely incorporate this in the upcoming redesign (design branch of this repo).
