workaround for Ubuntu Desktop and RESOLVCONF using $(which resolvconf)

… script to work in most configurations without having to edit it.

Added a patch: Patch / [email protected] force exit with no errors. Due to an apparent conflict with the Network Manager in Ubuntu Desktop $RESOLVCONF sometimes exits with error code 6 even though it has performed the action correctly and OpenVPN shuts down.
