This PR adds the ARC tokamak to the triple product vs temperature plot. triple_product_vs_T

The values for temperature and triple product are taken from this paper

Dear Rémi, I like the idea of adding more "future" experiments, but I am currently thinking how to re-organize the plot a little bit, i.e. using open symbols for future experiments or something similar. As soon as I have a solution, I'll come back to your pull request.

You could have several graphs showing either the devices (tokamaks, stellarators, spherical, etc), the time (a colour for each point based on the time of experiment assuming we have the data), etc
