Admin Event Detail Display URL Text Overflow

Describe the bug When specifying a long URL form the Website URL or T&C URL the URL will overflow its allocated space and overlap the adjacent column.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go the the Admin Page
2. From the Events tab click Details on an event
3. Click edit on the Logistic Info and Description section.
4. Scroll to the URLs Configuration section. Put in a lengthy url for Terms and Conditions URL or Website Link fields.
5. Click Save.
6. See Screenshots.

Expected behavior An ellipsis should be displayed at the max length of URL field text. The text should not overflow its container.
