Webview doesn't load

Runnig the angular demo on the emulator, everything works fine but the the phone is asking to chose the app to open the external page

if the user choose chrome it works fine, if choose the webview the page doesn't load, it can be an ssl error because I'm using self-signed , but there's no clear way how to handle this

Dunno if it is the same problem, but I'm using self signed certificate too and I always get a blank page when trying to login, with no errors displayed in the console...

I was able to signin using the chrome browser but then it give ssl errors after receiving the code,
