How to uninstall this and transform back my cursor to its original state

In the application menu, choose Capes and then Restore Defaults (or Cmd+R). This will restore the Apple cursor(s). Then you can safely remove Mousecape, just put it in the Bin. That's all. Cheers, Nord

what happens if you delete mousecape before restoring the cursor.

If you are really curious, just try it out (and let us know). You can always re-install the application, restore the default and then delete.
