.ani not working while cursor is moving

my .ani only works when my cursor isn't moving, is there a way to fix it?

That happened to me too.

(This is not an attempt to use the .ani file with Mousecape, but rather an animated cursor in .png Moving the cursor will move the animation, but stopping it will make it stop moving)

I have the same problem as you. did you find out how to fix it?
