png files wont work eveyeytime i try to use it it does not work

If you are more specific about this issues, help may be provided. What are you trying to do, exactly (ie what does not "work" and what are you trying to "use"?)?

well im trying to use png files of my favrute cursors but it wont work

You have to be more specific: Do you already have a cursorset (a .cape file) and trying to add a specific cursor (eg Pointing or Arrow)? Or are you starting a brand new cursorset? Otherwise it reminds me of a household annoyance ("Hey Nord, the internet is not working" (sorry, I couldn't help it)). Also, adding a screenshot of the MouseCape window might be helpful.
