not working?

I am not sure if its because I am hosting this script myself onmy old domain or they changed something where it now doesnt work.

I had this working before when i was paying for hosting. I decided to run my own webserver. ive added the api key, AI doesnt respond so i then added the access token to see if maybe that was it. nope AI still doesnt respond. and i do have 19$ in the account i am using with the api key. any ideas?
