Doesn't wrap

I love this underlining and hope to use it - but right now I've noticed that if you have long underlined text, LaTeX no longer knows how to wrap it around to a new line. I'm sure you're very busy and this is low priority, but if you have any idea of how to make LaTeX recognize and split the underlining that would be amazing.
