What should we celebrate? I worked on this project, and overcame a blocker, it was awesome! ✔️ 🚢 A team member of mine spent extra time explaining something to me during a pair programming exercise, and it was really helpful, I want to give them kudos for doing such a good job.

What are large/long lived blockers? Check out this issue - I've been trying to get this resolved, and progress hasn't been great, can we talk about how to get it moving? 🔴

Open Conversation for Social/Professional Development ❓ I'd like to talk a conference I'd like to go to, I think it'd help me learn more about X and I want to know if you'd support that.
Above is an example of what the 1-1 weekly issue should look like, ideally this is filled out before our 1-1 meeting so it can guide our conversation, and help make sure we document, and don't fall victim to recency bias. Each time we meet, we close out the issue, and create the next issue, we can refer back, or continue any conversations we need to have in the next issue.
