Start option missing in addons menu

I installed this and used it yesterday and it was great. Today I tried to open the same doc as yesterday again and underneath Addons > Code Blocks there is only the option "Help", which brings up a screen that says the way to get started is to select Addons > Code Blocks > Start. The "Start" does not exist.
