Window control buttons have weird spacing

As pointed out by reddit user /u/such-username-wow, the window buttons are a bit too far apart which is a result of using arc as a base as that theme has the same button spacing. This can be seen clearly if you compare the screenshots of this theme to screenshots from OSX or the GTK theme breezemite.
