Re-define metric for device authorization failure

The counters DeviceAuthorizationSuccessCount and DeviceAuthorizationFailureCount are using the same metric idsrv_device_authorization_success_total - which probably results in failures being recorded always as successful events.

I've also updated the README to amend a small typo in idsrv_api_authentication_failure_total.
