Suggestion: Optional tagging

As someone who is considering migrating a considerable amount of data to Plainpad, it would be helpful to be able to tag notes to organize them. Howtos, to-do lists, notes, and so forth. It would be very helpful to not have to thresh through a bunch of OS package lists to find my shopping list because it's slipped offscreen.
