Multiple working plans for provider

We need to add multiple woking plans. For example : Week 1 employee A is working saterday and free at Friday Employee B is working on Friday and free at saterday

Week 2 Employee A is working on Friday instead of saterday. Employee B is working Saterday instead of Friday

How to do this?
