metube Add instructions for VPN usage

After downloading my playlist (about 400 videos) I started getting this error "Sign in to confirm that you're not a bot" in the logs and embedded video's stopped working in home. A small warning and maybe an instruction in the docs to use VPN would be nice.

Exactly, but that doesn't negate the fact that VPN usage is advisable.

Running MeTube (or in fact any other downloader) through a VPN is highly advisable. If you don't have one yet and are running MeTube in a docker container, i would recommend Gluetun (https://github.com/qdm12/gluetun). You can force other containers to get their connection through gluetun: If the gluetun container is gone or the VPN does not work, MeTube won't have any connection, the downloads stop and your IP won't be exposed.
