[Feature request] Option to add custon yt-dlp commands

Adding custom yt-dlp commands, for getting subtitles, or converting to different format at the end, or setting a specific download resolution and framerate, or specifying the name for the file, or enabling sponsorblock. Thanks for the consideration.

I mean sure... but it would be nice if I didnt have to restart the whole thing to change them.

I'd like this ability as well, specifically for me passing the --download-sections option.
