DataTypes - Sidebar

DataTypes should show Sidebar onClick like Devices.

Sidebar should make it possible to

  • Edit DataType Description
  • Show related Devices
  • Delete DataType if it is not in use by a Device

@issb-gh If you improve JS please try to consider DataTypes Sidebar type.
