No visual feedback on error in fine tuning model

The following error gets hit when trying to train the model, however it doesn't show up to the user and has to found out by checking the console.

It's triggered when hitting the leap-ai-avatars.vercel.app/api/finetune route on upload of images.

Adding a toast indicating the same would go a long way in terms of UX.

Do assign the issue to me in case I should work on adding a toast for the same. 😉
