Setting IsVisible and/or IsEnabled on a SegmentedControlOption does nothing

I would expect to disable or hide the element but it simply does nothing. Even if I add and remove a option from code at runtime it does not change the control at all.

uff i gave up maintaining the CarouselView for Forms and it was merged into the core and will be released as part of XF soon. I guess i need to do the same with SegmentedControl.
