This may be an ignorant questions, but how do I use this version? I had v2.0.1 from NuGet installed then removed it when I saw it couldn't handle custom fonts. So how do I go about using your updated version?

It's not an ignorant question my pull request hasn't been accepted yet, in the meantime you can use my fork, which has the updated code:
