I just made a fix for this in March. Can you install the [pre-release](https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-pull-request-github/wiki/Pre-release-Build) version of the extension and see if you still see the issue there?

Not intentional and inconsistent with the way other trees work.

I think this behavior is correct. When a tree is taken, the focus should remain in the tree.
