Hi, Custom markup formatting is not supported yet by this plugin, only plain JS and HTML

Also please check this guide https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=JamesBirtles.svelte-vscode#using-with-preprocessors to be sure that svelte coplier that used by VS Code configured by the same way as in build process
