Please add an option, to automatically remove items from the list, once they have been selected / loaded.

@hklene Would you like this enhancement in the options menu? The use case would be: If the "remove item when opened" is selected, then when an item in the reading list is clicked on it is automatically removed from the reading list.

Hi! I don't anticipate to toggle this very often, so you can hide the option wherever it is convenient. Actually I just want to enable it once and for all, to get the fire & forget feeling of bookstack back.
