Surrender exclusive-mode device after inactivity doesn't work with bitstreaming

A. Surrender exclusive-mode device after inactivity only works with audio that is decodeable (e.g. mp3, aac) but not with bitstreamable audio (e.g. ac3, dts):

• when player paused
• when playback ends

Can it also be done? (MPC-BE team recently implemented these as well.)

B. It would be also nice to have mute functionality with bitstreamable audio (like in MPC-BE):

• when mute button pushed
• when volume is set to 0%
