Allow custom pause() on specific char

Add the ability to pause() the custom instance automatically when reaching a specific char. For example, with this sentence: "Hello, my name is Xavier, nice to meet you!", it would be nice to add a pause before each comma , for better reading.

Whoa. Love this idea. Stay tuned. Got a lot on my plate right now, but will seriously consider this as a feature.
