[Feature Request] Add {triggered} placeholder message

Instead of {mentions}, it would be great to just ping the person who triggered the build as a message template.

We will sometimes have commits from 3+ people as part of a build, and sometimes only want the person who triggers the build to be notified of successes/failures

Could you try to enable personal notification and use personal builds?
