hello, thanks for sharing your codes. I met a fatal problem that I trained as you said, and the weights were successfully saved. however, when I try submitting, the final tiff are nothing without any pixel. what may that cause? waiting for your answer.

@biyoner I'm not sure what "nothing without any pixel" means. Maybe you can upload the tiffs and I'll open them up to see what might be wrong.

Okay, thanks. The training process goes well, however when i try "submit -w weight_path" , the test_mask.tif is wrong. screenshot from 2018-03-16 13 34 06

It doesn't make sense to open it in an image viewer as the file is actually many masks stacked on top of each other.
