Segmentation Fault when clicking on Open Database

My install is on ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS.

When running the sudo ./imgAnnotation I get more detailed msgs, if this helps Error: "/var/tmp/kdecache- {user-id}" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0. Error: "/tmp/kde-{user-id}"" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0. Error: "/var/tmp/kdecache- {user-id}"" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0.

Where {user-id} is the logged in User
