Spek doesn't work on Windows 8 with an RTL locale

i dont really know how to describe the problem but i installed all three latest versions and when i open spek i just see this -> http://oi39.tinypic.com/15y3ro.jpg what can i do?

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this on my version of win8.

Which locale/language is it? Which version, 8 or 8.1? What edition (regular, pro, enterprise, etc)? x32 or x64?

By the look of it, it seems to be RTL-related.
