Copy spek/data/spek.desktop.in to spek/data/spek.desktop solved the installation problem. Ubuntu didn't have this error.

I am making a new formula of spek in Homebrew https://github.com/samuello1228/homebrew-core/blob/spek/Formula/spek.rb
