static/share library support

hi, alexkay, do you have a plan what add static/share library support? for example, add some interfaces to support draw spectrum and save as a picture.

@jackyxinli, that sounds like something that could be useful. I plan to add batch processing at some point (see #9), but additionally exposing the functionality in a library is even better.
