User-specific Amazon links

Since I'm in the U.S., I don't ever need to see the French or U.K. Amazon links. Would be better for UX to have store that preference per user and only display that link.

Wish I could submit a pull myself, but I'm a Ruby guy and don't know the first thing about Python.

It's in my todo list. I plan to add an option to geoip-detect the amazon site, or select a specific one.
