Support for areatype rectangle in v0.3.2

Do we have support or any way to have a reactangle as areatype in v0.3.2 as it was supported in v0.2.1

@CrackerakiUA, it seems that your fork has a following bug - when image contains a url (and not base64 encoded raw image) the directive stops working. The original ngImgCrop allows for urls.
