Issue with gif images

I am able to get the datauri of the image part of all the images. But with gif images the cropped one losing animation effects.

Is this issue with the plugin ?

It's because the only supported result image formats are jpeg, png, and webp. https://github.com/alexk111/ngImgCrop#result-image-format
