Draging Layer Problem (Move by keyboard or lock layers)

There is an issue about select and moving object on BETA. you can not move/drag object that placed under a layer. Clicking the layer is working but moving/draging not. if we can move by keyboard, it could be nice. Clik layer than move by arrows. Arrow and Shift Arrow would be perfect to move object precisely.

Or you can add a lock to layer button. Hide is not working while selecting/moving. By lockin the layers you just disable clicking/draging functions on script.
