WP API Obsolete Components

When looking at the WP API documentation (http://codex.wordpress.org/XML-RPC_WordPress_API) I noticed that this library is using some obsolete components.

I was wondering if there is any plan to add new components instead of using obsolete ones?

There is, i would love some more help on this if you have the time to contribute to the project...

I've done this in my local fork. I'll push it to my dev branch in the next day or so and issue a pull request.

Nice to hear that Kevin, you are awesome. Glad I asked before I started the work on this.

I'm more than happy to do some testing with the new version once it is available.
