Collect multiple e-mail addresses for pasting in the "To:" email field

An old feature request that @TPS sent me by email:

Is it possible to collect multiple e-mail addresses, & send those to the clipboard suitable to paste into a "To:" address field (i.e., comma-separated properly, &c) or a new e-mail via those intents?
