i2c-mux implementation

Hi Alex,

we implemented and used this i2c-mux in some of our designs. For now the testbench is just hard-coded as we have no experience with myhdl and needed to get ready. Is this ok for now? As we have seen you are reworking some of your other repos. Is there a plan to update verilog-i2c to cocotb? If so then we could implement a testbench for that.
