Fix #124 by converting to integer

Adds $rtoi before using COUNT_125US with $clog2.

There may be other instances of this issue that I didn't encounter.

Hey @alexforencich, could you take a look at this again? The build is broken with these modules on Vivado 2022 right now and (at least in my opinion) this fix is fairly straightforward
